The UKAB name, seal, and Accreditation Mark are proprietary intellectual property. Authorized use is governed strictly by the following regulations:

  • Certified Clients: Organizations certified by UKAB-accredited bodies may display the mark only in direct conjunction with the accredited body's logo and their unique certificate number.
  • Prohibition on Product Labeling: The UKAB Accreditation Mark must never be placed directly on a manufactured product or consumer package in a manner implying product safety or laboratory testing endorsement, unless accredited under ISO/IEC 17065.
  • Zero-Tolerance Fraud Enforcement: Misleading display, falsification of certificates, or unauthorized mark usage will result in immediate public registry blacklisting and legal enforcement under English law.
